Jose’ A. Herrera and Associates is an establish law firm that has established itself in litigation and legal practice over the past thirty years.

It was founded in the mid-1980’s by Dr. Jose A. Herrera who is now serving as Minister for Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate Change.  Dr. Jose Herrera had established himself as a prominent lawyer and entered politics in 1996 when he was elected as a member of Parliament.  In the meantime, he was joined by his sister Dr. Consuelo Scerri Herrera who subsequently was appointed as Magistrate in the Maltese Courts.  Other lawyers have joined the firm over the years and today the firm is made up of a team of four dynamic lawyers who together cover all areas of litigation and other legal services.
